At the age of 10, she dreamed of being a couture seamstress for Barbie, but by 15, she was sure she would be an architect. Ultimately, she found her everlasting love...Ophthalmology.

With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Viki Christopoulos is an American Board Certified Ophthalmologist who offers expert medical and surgical eyecare. She is double-fellowship trained in Cornea and Refractive Surgery from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Medical Retina from the world-famous Moorfield's Eye Hospital in London, England. She has studied eyes at the cell level reviewing ocular pathology at UCL Institute of Ophthalmology in London. Her main focus at Eyepolis is general ophthalmology care aiming to give patients their best vision yet.

Doctor Viki embraces modern technology with an emphasis on old-fashioned, personalized care. She will always take as much time as is necessary to discuss your eye concerns. A benefit of being an independent practitioner is that she has time to listen and get to know you as a person.  A favorite part of her day is when patients recount inspiring stories.

Creativity makes her happy.  Eyepolis' optical windows often showcase her artwork. Colorful origami images reflect her love of nature. She is a keen gardener and recycler. She enjoys re-purposing and bringing antiques back to life in her spare time. She loves Pittsburgh, its people, and its architecture.
